Moving to a new place alone has been one hell of a challenge but south of Spain proved to be absolutely welcoming.<\/p>\n<p>Malaga is also one of the <strong>best places to enjoy Andalusian and Spanish food.<\/strong> Recently, I joined the Devour Food Tour in the city that helped me learn more about the culinary traditions of the region.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0033;\"><strong>Devour Food Tour in Malaga<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/devourtours.com\/\">Devour Tours<\/a> run culinary and culture experiences in many parts of Spain \u2013 they have food tours in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, San Sebastian, Granada and\u2026 <strong>Malaga<\/strong>. The company tries to offer a local experience to all the guests of Spain. That\u2019s why <strong>they work mainly with family-run businesses<\/strong> and local places rather than commercial ones.<\/p>\n<p>If you have just a few days in Malaga, joining a food experience would be a good option to get to know the city better. There are <strong>9 different ways to order a coffee in the city<\/strong> \u2013 nine ways! We also tasted the famous Malaga sweet wine in the oldest bar in the city where locals still go before lunch.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0033;\"><strong>It\u2019s time for lunch<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>I call it a good experience when you don\u2019t go back home hungry. And with Devour food tour it was sure that we\u2019ll have lots to eat for lunch.<\/p>\n<p>We visited a local family restaurant &#8211; <strong><em>Meson Mariano<\/em><\/strong>, where we had different traditional meals such as <strong><em>fried <\/em><em>anchovies<\/em><em>, <\/em><em>pork meatballs in almond sauce<\/em>, <em>l<\/em><em>eche frita<\/em><\/strong> for dessert and other delicious bites.
