I can recommend a grat pleace for a breakfast called Мекица & Кафе, you can also eat traditional dinner with folk music in lovely pleace The Hajidragana Tavern. Mouzaka I can see Greek,Turkish and Serbian mixures in your cuisine but with a sparkle of Bulgarian touch. I always return fatter after visiting Bulgria.
